Hope you are all doing well. Summer is almost here and time is coming close for the Annual Family Conference to be held this year at the SHERATON WORLD RESORT ORLANDO, FLORIDA  (please click the link and checkout the hotel) from July 7 - July 10, 2005.  Please encourage and convince all youth members along with there respected families to come and participate at this year’s conference. For those of you who do not already know, there is a special discount price setup at several hotels for those people who plan to spend some EXTRA DAYS in Orlando (PLEASE REMEMBER YOU MUST STAY AT THE SHERATON WORLD RESORT ORLANDO, FL  DURING THE PERIOD OF THE CONFERENCE WHICH IS FROM JULY 7, 2005 – JULY 10, 2005). These discount prices are based on availability only, so it’s a first come first serve basis. To receive the discount you must mention MALANKARA ARCHDIOCESE at any of the following hotels. Registration fees for the Family Conference are as follows for your stay from July 7 – July 10, 2005

Prices include hotel with food:

Early registration until June 5, 2005:  $200.00 per person (4 people/room)
                                                                 $225.00 per person (3 people/room)
                                                                 $260.00 per person (2 people/room)

*Please, return registration forms along with an initial payment of $100 to the Diocesan Secretary, no later than the DEADLINE, which is June 5, 2005 to be able to qualify for the above prices.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REGISTRATION FORMS AFTER THE DEADLINE!

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO ROOMS AVAILABLE AFTER JUNE 5, 2005

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEND IN ALL REGISTRATION FORMS BEFORE JUNE 5, 2005.

Family Conference T-Shirts

 

Aside from the registration, we must get in the order for the T-shirts as soon as possible. Please contact the Vicar or Secretary at your respected churches to place your order for the t-shirt. All churches in our diocese were mailed a copy of the t-shirt order form. If you have not yet received it please print the attachment and bring it to your church so that everyone else can place there order also. Please pass on the information and make sure that all churches in your region receive a copy of this form and have them return it no later then June 5, 2005. Try to have them send it in earlier than the deadline. I humbly ask that all the members of our diocese take an initiative in helping out the youth of our church as they are sponsoring this T-shirt. Please convince members to buy the T-shirt even if they are not planning to attend the conference, including the Adults. Price for each t-shirt would be $10. We must get in these orders before it is too late. Directions on payment are on the form itself.
