-The Asst. Vicar of Manarcad St. Mary’s Cathedral Church and the senior priest of Malankara Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, V. Rev. P. A. Kuriakose Corepiscopa Pathayil (76 years) died on yesterday. The body will be buried at the Cathedral Church on 15th Tuesday, at 11 A.M. The initial prayers at his home will be started at 9 AM and the procession to the Cathedral Church will be started at 10 AM. The Catholicose H.B. Baselious Thomas I will lead the final prayers at the Cathedral Church. May God Almighty give him rest in paradise and resurrection at the second coming of Jesus and eternal life.

-Rev. Fr. Mathai Varkey Puthukkunnathu's father Shri: Varkey Puthukkunnathu passed away Monday January 3, 2005at Palakkad, Kerala Inida. We the members of St. Mary's Syrian Orthodox Church Houston Texas want to express our condolences among SOC members. Please keep him in your prayers.
