Verse 7:3: “And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye”

St. Augustine: “Even though we have deadly sin, we magnify a trial fault of our brethren.”

Jerome: “When we blame others, remember this, did he do a sin that we ever have not done? Can’t we fall into that sin, as a human sometimes?”

In order to correct someone, what we need is compassion and pity, not hatred.

The Jewish Rabbis taught about six things that will give you nobility in this world and goodness in the other world. They are: 1) teaching 2) visiting the sick 3) gust entertainment 4) prayer 5) teach your kids religious doctrines 6) gracious thinking about others.

1. So don’t judge without knowing full details
2. Before making a judgment , think about yourself being in his shoes
3. There is no one faultless to see faults alone in others.
